STUDENT DISCIPLINE POLICY
The Youth Center's Student Advisory Council established a Student Discipline Policy. It was passed on November 28th, 2007 and will be enforced starting November 29th, 2007. Click- Click Here for the policy in .PDF form.

| 1. Stealing from Youth Center (Major) | Permanent Loss of Privilege |
| 2. Stealing from Youth Center (Minor) | 1 Year Loss of Privilege |
| 3. Vandalism (Major) | Permanent Loss of Privileges |
| 4. Vandalism (Minor) | Loss of privilege for 1 Month |
| 5.Stealing from another student | Loss of privilege for 6 months. |
| 6. Minor Offenses (Disrespect, horseplay, etc.) | Loss of Privilege for remainder of day(See additional punishment scale below) |
| 7. Fighting | 1 Year Loss of Privilege |
| 8. Disruption of YC Social Event | Loss of privilege for 1 year |
| 9. Use of someone else’s ID | Loss of privilege 1 month |
| 10. Mis-Use of Equipment (Minor) | 1. Out for the remainder of the day |
| 11. Mis-Use of Equipment (Major) | 1. Loss of Privilege for Month |
| 12. Mis-Use of Emergency Exits | Loss of privilege for 1 week |
| 13. Knowingly Sneaking into FCYC when serving a suspension of privilege. | Add time to original loss of privilege |

| Continue arguing action | Increase to a month |
| Continue arguing action | Increase to two months |
| Still arguing and not leaving | Permanent loss of privilege. |
In all disciplinary cases every student has an option to bring their situation to the attention of the Student Advisory Council. The SAC ‘s decision is final.
