Elementary Online Textbooks and Activities
The following websites allow for “at home” computer access to electronic versions of textbooks and learning activities for the online reinforcement of vocabulary, concepts, and skills.  All programs will provide your child with the opportunity to practice concepts and skills in an innovative and exciting environment.

Math: Grades 1-6

  • Go to www.DiscoveryEducation.com
  • Enter the username and password on the letter sent home with your child
  • Click the Log-In button

 

Social Studies: Grades 1-5

  • Go to Houghton-Mifflin Education Place
  • Enter the appropriate username and password shown in the table below
  • Click on the "Sign-In" button
  • Click the textbook icon to access the Table of Contents

Starfall is a free public service website to help teach children to read with phonics. This website is a great resource for preschool, KG-2nd grade, special education, homeschool, and English language development (ELD, ELL, ESL) students.
 


Middle and high school students can use the FLChoices.org website for career planning and resources. Students will need to get their log-in information from their school.
 


FACTS.org is Florida's Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students. This free online advising website will help students plan and track their education progress from middle school through college.
