Flagler County School District - School Board Members

Andy is married to his wife of eleven years, Luci. They have three children, Kayla (10), Sarah (8) and Drew (6). They are proud students at Bunnell Elementary School. Kayla and Drew are currently active in AYSO soccer and Sarah is active in Flagler FAST softball. The Dance family has been in Flagler County since 1972, when they relocated from Connecticut to their new homestead on south Old Kings Road.

GOVERNOR CRIST APPOINTS TREVOR TUCKER TO FLAGLER COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD TALLAHASSEE – Governor Charlie Crist today announced the appointment of Trevor Tucker of Bunnell to the Flagler County School Board. “As a graduate of the Flagler County School System, Trevor has a great insight into the needs of Flagler County students,” said Governor Crist. “I am confident that he will continue to serve his community with integrity and diligence. Tucker, 33, is the president-elect of the Flagler County Education Foundation. He is also a graduate of the Flagler County School System and owner of Sun Country Pest Control. Tucker received his bachelor’s degree from Wingate University. Tucker will fill the vacancy created by the death of Peter Palmer.

Evelyn L Shellenberger was born in Versailles, Kentucky and moved to Florida in 1972 to teach at Browning Pearce Elementary School in East Palatka, Florida. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a BS in Health, Physical Education and Recreation in 1969. In 1971 she graduated from Murray State University with a MA in Health, Physical Education and Recreation. After moving to Florida in 1972, she began taking Educational Administration and Supervision Courses at the University of Florida Upon completion of those courses and additional certifications, she began her career in Education Administration. |
