Submitting Your Project

Entries will only be accepted in our drop-box.  Sponsors will be notified how to access the drop-box.  School-based technicians will assist sponsors with the drop-box, if necessary.

The filename of each entry should contain the project name and the team name in the following format.

    (Project Name) . (Team Name).mov

    Example:  Healthy_and_Delicious.Top_Chefs.mov

Each team must submit an Official Entry Form and all information requested on the form must be completed or the entry will not be considered registered in the competition.  Click the link below to access the entry form.

Official Entry Form

Sponsors will be required to sign the entry form confirming that the team has complied with the contest rules, and that the project is the original work of the students.

Flagler County Schools is not responsible for entries that are submitted after the due date or misdirected.  Any entry that is incomplete or unreadable will be null and void.

Questions?   Contact the contest administrators - Sue Nocella and Maria McGovern

Only two entries
(in separate categories) may be submitted per student.

All entries must be in English. If not possible, English sub-titles are required.  Sponsors of non-English projects should contact the contest administrators before entering the competition.

It is highly recommended that the students test their entry using a machine other than the one used for production before submission. We are not responsible for non-functioning entries.
