Does your child need tutoring?

BrainChild Tutoring - By FPCHS

BrainChild offers one-on-one tutoring for students with special needs. A student receiving Exceptional Student Education Services (with an active Individual Education Plan) within the Flagler County Public School District is eligible to receive FREE afterschool 1-to-1 tutoring from a trained peer tutor. BrainChild is the unified inspiration of Flagler Palm Coast High School’s Community Problem Solving Program – a part of Future Problem Solving International, and the Flagler County School's Exceptional Student Education Department. In addition to individual, free tutoring that is structured for the student’s specific disability, we also work hard to give these students moral support and help improve their self-esteem. The needs range from ADHD, to dyslexia, to Down’s syndrome, and more. All members have been trained on how to help students with a specific need. We want these children to accomplish all they can, because even though they have a disability, that doesn’t mean they don’t have as much potential as any other child.  We tutor Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday at the GSB in Bunnell, for grades Pk-12.
