Staffing Specialists 

Staffing Specialists coordinate the process and procedures in the evaluation, eligibility, and placement of exceptional students. Staffing Specialists have the expertise in inclusive best practices for all students with disabilities. They oversee, coordinate, monitor and provide technical assistance for the implementation of best practices for inclusive education at the district and school levels. Transition Coordinator

Flagler's Transition Coordinator provides leadership in coordinating services and resources for students, parents, and staff in the areas of vocational evaluation, transition planning, employment skills, development, and when appropriate, employment placement for students. Dr. Kimberli Halliday oversees and coordinates the TRAIL Program, Project SEARCH, and the High School/High Tech Program in the two high schools. Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing & LATS Coordinator

The Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing provides expanded core curriculum services with direct instruction to students with hearing disabilities. Consultation services are provided to teachers and other professionals working with these students to provide an optimum teaching environment.
