The City of Palm Coast is accepting applications from qualified individuals wishing to rehab their homes to elevate its value and help stabilize our local neighborhoods. This Housing Rehabilitation Program is aimed to bring resident’s primary homes back up to minimum standards, funded through a grant from the State of Florida. Financial assistance for up to $80,000 may be available for a new roof, doors, windows, deteriorating plumbing, electrical, mold or other major rehab projects.
The City will hold a special workshop on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7TH at 5:30 p.m. for the public to learn more about how to qualify for this program. The workshop will be held at the Flagler County Administration Building, 1769 E. Moody Blvd. in Bunnell. For more information, please call 386-313-4037.
