To Excuse and Absence:

All absences must be submitted in writing, we do not have a phone line to excuse absences. Parents can excuse 5 absences per 18 weeks (10 per school year). Doctor's notes or court excused absences are unlimited. Turn notes in to the student hub in the basket marked "Absent Notes". After 15 days, a doctor's or court excused note only are accepted. Student Sign-Out Procedures:

Parents with a photo I.D. should report to the Student Hub in order to sign out students.

We do not accept phone calls from parents to sign students out .

If students drive to school and need to sign out during the day, they need to bring a note from the parent to the Student Hub in the morning with a phone number where the parent/guardian can be reached. Only after a parent is contacted, will the student be allowed to sign themselves out. If the Hub cannot contact the parent, the student may not sign out.
