Peer Coaching

Peer coaching pairs freshmen at Flagler Palm Coast High School with upperclassmen who have successfully completed two years or more of high school. This mentor-mentee relationship helps to provide students with some of the basic tools necessary for success in a high school environment.

Peer Coaches strive to provide students with the necessary skills and tools to excel throughout their academic and social high school experiences. We strive to provide a rewarding experience that promotes the assets necessary to succeed in high school—such as self-reliance, independent learning and discipline.
