| 1. All student absences should be reported to the Sick Line at 437-7537 as early as possible. |
2. Medicine, prescribed or over-the-counter, needs an authorization form filled out by the parent/doctor to administer during school hours. These forms may be printed out by clicking here to go to the Forms page. |
| 3. If your child was sick the night before or that morning, with vomiting or diarrhea, please keep him/her home to minimize exposing other children. |
| 4.If your child has been sent home with fever of 100 or more, he or she must remain home 24 hours before returning to school. |
| 5. Students with an unknown rash will be sent home unless a doctor's note is received. |
| 6. Pinkeye and ringworm are contagious. A student having one or both of these conditions will be sent home. A doctor's note is required to return to school. |
| 7. Students sent home with head lice have 3 excused days if brought in for a recheck every day. |
| 8. Please have available your current phone numbers on the school's emergency form in case your child is ill. |
| 9. It is advisable to have an extra set of clothes in your child's backpack in case of emergency. |
| 10. Share health concerns that might hinder him/her from performing throughout the school day. |
