Cross Country sign-up for incoming freshmen @ the Freshmen Orientation @ FPC on Thursday, August 20th @ 6:00pm
The 1st "official" day of Cross Country practice is Monday, August 17th @ Wadsworth Park/Flagler Bridge Practice will be from 3:00-5:00pm
REMEMBER: All students must have current physical and parent permission form on file with the FPC Athltic Dept. to particpate in any sport at Flagler Palm Coast High School.

The FPC Cross Country Team has a "NO-CUT" policy...that is, if you come out and try-out you will make either the varsity or JV teams.
The "try-out" period is from August 17th through Labor Day weekend
