Do You Need Technology Support?
If you have questions or need help directly related to your technology needs, there are 3 ways for us to assist you:

  • Technology Support Hotline: 386-263-0314

  • Monday–Friday  7:15am–12:00pm / 1:00pm–4:00pm
    Please understand we are experiencing an extremely high volume of requests and wait times may be longer than normal.

  • Technology Support Request Form
  • Submit the Technology Support Request Form to request a call back.

  • Tech Connect Depot
  • Make an appointment to visit us at the Tech Connect Depot. Services include distributing and collecting student devices, repair, and software support. (Students attending school on campus, should contact their school-based technology department for support.)

    Monday 9:00–11:00am / 1:00-3:00pm
    Tuesday 9:00–11:00am / 1:00–3:00pm
    Wednesday 1:00–4:00pm
    Thursday 9:00–11:00am / 1:00–3:00pm
