Curriculum Highlights: "Road to Success" is an Education and Training Program designed for out of school young adults between the ages of 16-24 years of age to earn a GED, prepare them to be members of the workforce, and to improve their life skills. Participants will receive activity-oriented training on topics that directly relate to the skills required for workplace success and becoming independent.
RTS Participants will receive:
- GED prep and remediation
- Functional life skills, banking, and financial literacy

- Professional coaching and mentoring
- First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers certification
RTS Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Weekly workshops
RTS Curriculum:
- Academics - math, science, language arts, social studies
- Job Search - exploring careers, including paid "work experience"
- College Exploration - enrollment and financial aid assistance
- Life Coping - supplemental topics
- Scholarships and monetary earnings
